On a 2-year assignment, configured marketing email automations for thousands of daily recipients, validating complex data imports, mapping template rendering logic, and authoring a comprehensive 30-page technical documentation manual to streamline developer onboarding and provide visibility to executive leadership.

Conducted deep SQL-based data analysis across months of send log data to isolate operational anomalies for a critical compliance audit.
